Mushroom Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1. Avocado
2. Champignon mushroom
3. Torchon De Campagne Sourdough
4. Red Rambo Radish Microgreens
5. Monoprix Salted Butter
6. Cherry Tomatoes
7. Fresh Lemon Juice
8. Olive oil
9. Salt
10. Black pepper
11. Sunflower Seeds
12. Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions:

1. Slice the shiitake mushrooms into thin pieces and prepare the sourdough.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil and butter. Toast the sourdough until it reaches a beautiful color, then set it aside.
3. In a small pan, add a little Olive oil. Stir-fry the sliced mushrooms until cooked. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined, then set aside.
4. Peel and slice the avocado. Place the avocado slices on the toasted sourdough, followed by the sautéed mushrooms. Season with salt, black pepper, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and Red Rambo Radish Microgreens.
