Bacon Cheese Fries

Ingredients:

  1. Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon
  2. Mccain Crispy French Fries
  3. Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  4. Monoprix Salted Butter
  5. Monoprix Fresh Cream Uht
  6. All Purpose Flour
  7. Salt
  8. Parsley

Instructions: Cheese Dip

  1. Heat a pan and melt butter. Add flour, stirring until it thickens and becomes paste-like. Pour in cream gradually while lightly whisking. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Use low heat.
  2. Add cheese and stir until melted and combined, creating a creamy yellowish texture. If too thick, add cream or milk. Remove from heat and serve. If left to cool, it will thicken.

Fried French Fries

  1. Fry French fries in hot oil at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.Once they start turning golden, remove and drain excess oil.
  2. Fry them again until they are well cooked and crispy. After removing, let them drain again to remove excess oil.

Fried Bacon

  1. Start by placing bacon in a cool pan that has not been heated. Add water to the pan, enough to cover the bacon. Cook on medium-high heat until the water evaporates.
  2. Once the water evaporates, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue frying the bacon until it's crispy outside and soft inside, achieving a beautiful golden color.
