How to
- Season the Tenderloin with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Set a pan over medium heat then put the seasoned meat into the grill, add thyme leaves and grill the meat until the degree of doneness you want.
- Prepare the pan, add fresh pepper and roast until fragrant.
- Add the remaining olive oil from grilling the meat and add beef stock.
- Add Monoprix Fresh Cream and season with salt and pepper, then stir well.
- Topped on Super Tenderloin Steak, ready to serve!
