Ingredients:

  1. G.I Beef Steak Burger Wagyu
  2. Portobello mushroom
  3. Mild Cheddar Cheese
  4. Olive oil

  10. Onion
  11. Lettuce

Cooking Method:

  1. Put olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Then prepare the Portobello mushrooms by cutting off the stem in the middle. Don't let it get too high. Then bring the ingredients that we have prepared. Let's apply it on the mushrooms. And set aside
  3. Prepare the ingredients, wash lettuce, slice the tomatoes, and onions into thin slices.
  4. Preheat the stove to heat. Then put the mushrooms in the grill until cooked thoroughly on both sides. Once the mushrooms are cooked, take them out and set aside. Season the Wagyu Patty with a little salt and pepper and continue to grill.
