Real Carbonara
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Guanciale
- Pecorino Romano Cheese
- Eggs
- Black Pepper
- Salt
Cooking Method:
- Cut the Guanciale into small dice and grill. Then set aside.
- Grate Pecorino Romano Cheese and set aside.
- Mix 1 egg, and 2 egg yolks, beat to combine, then add salt, black pepper, and Pecorino cheese. mix until combined.
- Boil the spaghetti. Then put it in a pan with bacon oil. Let the oil coat the spaghetti well. Add a little boiled water.
- Then turn off the power. Put the sauce that we have mixed in. Stir to combine. Once done, put the Guanciale in it and it's ready to serve!
