Creamy Chicken Piccata Pasta
Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Steamed Chicken Breast - Takumi
- Butter
- Chicken stock
- White wine
- Capers
- Spaghetti
- Cooking Cream
- Parmesan cheese
Method:
- Smash the garlic, chop the parsley, grate the lemon zest, squeeze the lemon juice, and cut the lemon into glasses
- Place the pot on the stove. Add olive oil then steamed chicken breast to sauté with garlic. When the chicken is hot, take it out and set it aside. Add half a stick of butter to the pot. Once the butter has melted, add the chicken stock. Followed by white wine, capers, lemon juice, and spaghetti, cover and boil until cooked.
- When the noodles are cooked. Add the baking cream, followed by parmesan cheese, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and mix well. Chicken breast, sliced lemon Sprinkle parsley, and cheese to top it off. Ready to serve!
