Pad Thai with Kimchi and Fried Tofu
Ingredients
- Fragrant coconut sugar or palm sugar
- Fish sauce
- Tamarind juice
- Gochujang
- Kimchi
- Tofu
- Shrimp
- Radish
- Pad Thai noodles
- Bean Sprouts
- Shallots
- Chives
Cooking Method
- Heat the pan, add perfumed coconut sugar or palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice, and gochujang. Simmer until slightly thick, then pour kimchi water over it. Simmer the sauce for a little more, then put it down and set aside.
- Next step, fry tofu with low heat until crispy. Then put it to rest
- Chop the shallots, cut the green chives, and prepared kimchi
- Stir-frying process Heat a pan with a little oil and put the shrimp in it. Once the prawns are cooked, take them out and set them aside. Add shallots and radishes and kimchi to stir fry. When everything smells good, you can add noodles and stir fry. Add a bit of water to make the noodles cook a bit. Then add in the sauce that we have simmered.
- Once everything is well mixed, add the bean sprouts, chives, and shrimp. Serve the dish with kimchi and fried tofu.
