This year, we have meticulously crafted a brand-new exclusive Khao Chae set, paying careful attention to every detail from start to finish, selecting and preparing the rice, washing and rubbing to remove excess starch, steaming, right through to the gentle summer scent rises from Flower-scented water, releasing a soft, natural fragrance. When poured over rice scented with traditional candle smoke, the floral notes harmonize beautifully with the subtle smokiness. that delivers a refreshing, crisp sensation, resulting in a perfectly balanced, harmonious flavor true to the classic Thai royal-style Khao Chae.
